Kayli has sure brought us lots of entertainment this past month. She is a tiny little thing but she sure makes up for that in personality. Here’s some of things we’ve done this month…
Just when I think Kayli can’t get any cuter or be any more fun, she does! I feel like I take pictures of her all day long-but I love it! Here are some of her latest cute smiles…
This past month Kayli has become SUPER playful. It’s so much fun to watch her and her daddy. Here’s a few of the fun things she’s done with him lately…
On March 19, Kenny turned 28! Whoohoo! For his birthday he really wanted to go see a movie (since we haven’t been to the movies since Kayli was born) so we decided to load Kayli up and take her thinking she’d be fine and sleep through the whole thing anyway. Well we were wrong….she wanted to WATCH the movie! She stood on Kenny’s lap for the first few minutes and just smiled at the screen. It was the cutest thing so we kept trying to take a picture, but it was too dark. Well she loved it until she was startled by a loud noise in the movie-and she screamed. Kenny took her out and calmed her down, then brought her back in. She was fine and loving it again until she was startled again-and she screamed again. Kenny took her down and then decided to just stand in the entrance with her and watch from there. Well apparently she was fussing too much so Kenny ended up taking her outside and spending the whole movie outside the theater! I kept texting him to see if I could come switch him and he kept telling me it was fine and that he could see the movie just fine (he wanted me to be able to watch the movie even though it was for HIS birthday). So sweet, right? So, for his birthday, he didn’t actually get to see his movie…but I guess he got quality daddy-daughter time and he did get his money back. He also got to spend lots of time at the Apple store that day-so he was more than happy 🙂
The next weekend, Kenny’s parents and Kaci came to town. Kenny and I both had papers to write and so it was great having good baby-sitters around! We took them down to Old Town and saw the Mormon Battalion. It was so much fun having family here-who’s coming next?!
The other night we took Kayli swimming for the first time! It’s been so warm and the pool was especially warm that we decided to have a BBQ and swim with Josh and Mandy. Kayli even got in the water. She loved it! Mandy took these pictures for us…
And…she’s found her thumb…
and anything else that she can put in her mouth!
Just today, Kayli rolled over by herself! I think she did it today because she had an audience since people were over watching General Conference. She’s a great napper, smiley, energetic, impatient (after her mommy maybe), and the best thing ever at 4 months!

Aw, so cute! I love the picture of her in the Bumbo! Haha. Wow, I can't believe Eli will be four months someday…ha! It's amazing how much more they look like an actual person at that age. I can't wait! Fun!!
