Fall!

Labor Day off-roading:

We took Kayli and Beau and went to the Imagine Dragons concert with friends and it was SO MUCH FUN! Beau had quite the exhausting day of sports and swimming so he fell asleep pretty early on haha which was a bummer because he loves Imagine Dragons but he still had fun while he was awake!

School Color Run. I didn’t even recognize Beau!

Beau’s hockey team is currently undefeated! They are so much fun to watch!

Kenny had a work conference in Denver and he loved the city!

Kayli has been playing volleyball for her school. She also just made a club volleyball team that will start in November and we are so excited for that!

Young men/young women night hike that we all tagged along on down in Boulder City at the railroad track tunnels:

Sami is still having fun in Kindergarten! I go in to her class on Thursdays and it’s so fun to be in her classroom and see her. She is doing tumbling and just started with Singers Company. It’s a cute little group that sings and dances and will perform at Christmas time. She is loving it!

Trey has been playing soccer and he is doing awesome. He has a great kick and aim and his team is even starting to pass the ball well. He isn’t afraid of the ball and plays hard. He is also so excited about holidays and loves to decorate. If any of our cobwebs outside fall down he gets out a ladder and fixes them. He’s made Halloween decorations that he’s put up in his window so everyone can see.

Beau is constantly practicing back flips. He even paid for a private lesson with the tumbling teacher in our ward and flipped hard for 45 minutes! He can land it sometimes and is constantly practicing so I’m sure he’ll master it soon! Beau’s teacher said he is the class exterminator. There have been so many grasshoppers in Las Vegas lately and every morning their portable stairs are covered in them! Most everyone is afraid of the grasshoppers but she said that Beau and his friend catch them all and throw them out in the grass so everyone can walk into class without walking through the grasshoppers haha! Last night at 9:30 we heard Beau jump off his top bunk and he came running to our room and said he had a Mars model due today! I had been sick all day and was just falling asleep and Kenny just laughed and said he’d take care of it because he did that to his own mom a lot growing up! Beau and Kenny stayed up working on his model and hopefully turned in what was expected. He wasn’t even totally sure what the assignment was haha.

Kayli is a busy lady with school, yearbook, volleyball, soccer, young womens, and babysitting! She loves it though. Middle School has been so good to her so far and for that I am so grateful! She went to her school’s Fall Festival with her friends and they were the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus. They even won the costume contest!

We were so excited for the official announcement at General Conference about another temple in Las Vegas! They announced it as Lone Mountain, NV but Lone Mountain is in the Las Vegas valley and it is 10 minutes from our house! It will be fun to watch as they build the temple.
